Lion's Mane Hot Chocolate
We have teamed up with our local chocolatier to combine the medicinal powers of two of our favourite things: mushrooms and chocolate!
The rich and dark impression of the chocolate, and the earthiness of the Lion’s Mane produce a complex yet delicious flavour.
Best enjoyed by the fire.

In a small non-stick pan on a low heat combine three heaped teaspoons (20g) of the good stuff with a splash of milk (of your choice) and form a smooth paste. Add 200ml of milk and heat gently. Do not bring to boil as you'll lose flavour.
